Rename project to ComfyUI-Tween

Browse Source 
Update logger names, install prefixes, README clone instructions, and
error messages to reflect the new repo name. Model-specific node names
and categories (BIM-VFI, EMA-VFI, SGM-VFI) are unchanged.
