Rename BIMVFIConcatVideos to TweenConcatVideos

Browse Source 
The concat node is model-agnostic (just joins video segments via
ffmpeg), so it shouldn't be under BIM-VFI. Now accepts any model type
as the dependency input and lives under the video/Tween category.
